Payment Process

All our customers pay by direct debit. Most payments are taken directly after cleaning, but if the customer chooses, we can take payment on a specific day in the month.

A customer control panel is on its way to manage this for you but for now if you didn’t set the date you require on the initial sign up form, please call the office and we can set it for you.

Just to reassure our customers, all your personal details are for internal use only, and your information is protected by the data protection act. No personal details will be sold or passed on to any other company outside of Scrubbish Ltd.
