Every 4 Weeks

We currently offer regular cleaning once every 4 weeks. Which is tropically every other time your bin is emptied.

One-off Clean

Need a bin cleaned as a one-off without committing to to a regular plan? We offer one learns as a quick and easy option.

Same Day / Next Day

We guarantee next day cleaning after your bin has been emptied, but we do try for same day cleaning where possible.

How It Works

Account set up

Whether you want a one off clean or a regular clean we need you to set up an
account, this is to confirm your address and contact details and to set up a means of
payment.

Payments

All payments are made by direct debit, this ensures you only pay for the service
when we provide it , apart from one off cleans, payment is taken at the point of
booking. It might seem strange to pay by direct debit for a one off clean, but 90% of
our one-off clean customers come back repeatedly. Also, it’s free to set up and if you
think that you will be no longer require our services after the first time, it is easily
cancelled. By setting the payment up this way, all you need to do is email to ask for
another clean in the future and the account is activated again, and you are then
allocated to the nearest possible route.

Deposit

Once you have registered your account, depending on how many bins you have
booked in, we will then take a deposit for each bin equal to the charge for one clean,
for example if you book in 2 x bins @ £7.00 each, then the deposit will be £14.00.
This money stays in your account and is used for the last months payment, once you
decide you no longer require our services.

Emailing Service

Once you have signed up, we offer an email service for the bins you have booked in
(for free), we will email each customer in the morning that your bin gets emptied
(about 07:00) to inform you we will be coming that day or the following morning.
Once the bins have been cleaned you will be charged and an email is sent to inform
you of the charge and to confirm the bin can be returned to your property, if
necessary.

Cancelation of service

We ask for 30 days’ notice, if the direct debit cancelled without 30 days’ notice we
will use the deposit to cover the last months charge.
